Cleans and Conditions Frit for Bonding Prepares Surface for Bonding 4 Ounce Always Fresh Packaging CRL PWR4GC Glass Conditioner is a cleaner based preparation for successful bonding when used within the complete POWR Urethane System. Used to clean the frit bonding area of mold release agents used in the Rim Injection Molding (RIM) process. Not using a proper cleaner can lead to bond failure. Used in Europe by OEM's such as Mercedes Trucks, Volvo, VW and Peugeot, the POWR Urethane System has been rigorously tested for superior performance by these companies. PWR600 has been crash-tested in the U.S. to exceed OEM specifications, and passes FMVSS 212 and 216. If you install auto glass, this is the system you want to use.For the best possible installation, we recommend you always follow the POWR Urethane preparation sequence: Use PWR4GC CRL Glass Conditioner or PWR22 CRL Automotive Glass Cleaner on the bonding area of the glass to remove any contamination. Clean and prime any bare metal scratches and the frit with PWR4P CRL Glass and Pinchweld Primer. For bonding to EPDM/PVC molding use PWR12P. Do not apply to old urethane.
