CRL 302MV Series Primerless-to-Glass Medium Viscosity Urethane is a high quality adhesive that passes or exceeds the requirements of U.S. Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards 208, 212, 216 and OEM specifications. With over 1,000 psi of tensile strength and 550 psi lap shear at ultimate cure, PP302MV is one of the safest and strongest urethanes offered for the aftermarket. These urethanes have a new Aggressive Adhesion Formula and have proven themselves to aggressively bond to all automotive glass surfaces and frits without needing a glass primer. Long term exposure testing confirms that the new formula stands up to the harshest environmental conditions.
POWR 300 Series Urethane should not be used with primers from other urethane systems. Do not store at temperatures in excess of 75°F (24°C). If product is mechanically warmed in excess 95°F (35°C) for a cold weather installation, then it must be used the same day. 9 Month Shelf Life. Aluminum cartridges have screw-on nozzles.
